Phu Ha was born from a simple question:
“How to bring fish sauce drops that are not only delicious but also suitable for the taste of every Vietnamese family?”
Since ancient times, fish sauce has been an indispensable part of family meals. It is not only a spice but also a link between cultural and traditional values. When mentioning fish sauce, it is impossible not to think of Phu Quoc fish sauce – a symbol of quality and national pride. With the passion to preserve that identity, Phu Ha was born in the early 90s, carrying the mission of bringing the original flavor of Phu Quoc fish sauce to every Vietnamese family.
Starting from a small production facility with a few tanks, with an output of only about 100 tons of fish per year, Phu Ha has continuously developed and expanded its scale to nearly 70 tanks, each containing 14-15 tons of fresh anchovies. Thanks to the traditional production process combined with family secrets, the anchovies are carefully fermented for more than 12 months, creating more than 500,000 liters of fish sauce per year with a rich, original flavor.
